1:00-2pm- Class 1- Introduction to Contact Staff- Donation Based (suggested donation $20)
Provides all the basics to get started learning Contact Staff. Introduces terminology and mechanics for rolls, wraps, traps, and balancing.
Examples of movements covered: hand wraps, the halo, duckouts, the Steve. Emphasizes stretching and body maintenance for staff practice.
